That's why DCP is undertaking the 2026 edition of its Downtown Wilkes-Barre Perception & Use Survey.
The online survey, which measures the public’s experience and usage of Downtown Wilkes-Barre, will be open through June of 2026.
Every four years, DCP asks for input from the community to help us improve our efforts to create a great downtown. We use the responses to guide DCP’s initiatives, ranging from the on-street work of DCP’s Downtown Ambassador Team, to events and programming, to downtown planning and economic development activities.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete, and participants can enter to win a $100 Downtown restaurant gift card.
