Downtown Residents Association

The Downtown Residents Association (DRA) is a neighborhood association serving the residents of the City’s 7th and 13th Wards, and serving as an advocate for the collective interest of those calling Downtown Wilkes-Barre home. The DRA works to promote and improve one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods by sponsoring public presentations, advocating for our neighbors, and holding community functions.
