Downtown W-B Business Association

The Downtown Wilkes-Barre Business Association (DWBBA) is the promotional arm of Wilkes-Barre’s downtown revitalization effort: a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit membership organization comprised of businesses and organizations who are committed to working together to promote, maintain, and encourage the economic well-being and the quality of life in downtown Wilkes-Barre.

Mission

The Association is incorporated exclusively for purposes of assisting in the promotion, marketing, development and improvement of the downtown area of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and to advance the economic well-being of the community.
