The Ballet Center at the Wilkes University Conservatory presents "Coppelia" on Saturday, June 6 at 7 pm and Sunday, June 7 at 2 pm. Coppelia is a whimsical 19th-century comic ballet about a young woman named Swanilda who saves her fiancé, Franz from a lonely inventor, Dr Coppelius, who mistakes his life like mechanical doll for a real person. After discovering the doll's true nature, Swanilda poses as the doll to teach Franz a lesson.
