The vendor market will feature over 25 local vendors with offerings that range from gourmet popcorn, cookies, soaps and so much more - there is something for everyone. The Sordoni Art Gallery will be hosting a “Craft Corner,” so be sure to bring everyone for this family-friendly event. Santa Claus will be joining us and will be available for photos from 11am-2pm. The first 200 attendees will receive a free Holiday Market tote bag!
The Holiday Market’s schedule of events will include:
11 am - 4 pm: Holiday Shopping Vendor Market (featuring 25+ vendors)
11am - 2pm: Pictures with Santa
12 pm: Strolling carolers with Katrina Lykes
The Holiday Market will be held in conjunction with Small Business Saturday - a nationally celebrated day offering Wilkes-Barre shoppers a chance for promotions and savings in their favorite downtown establishments while supporting the independent retailers that are essential to the local economy – as well as the City of Wilkes-Barre’s Christmas Tree and synthetic ice rink on Public Square.
The Holiday Market at The Bank Downtown is part of DCP’s larger “Destination Downtown” initiative to animate Wilkes-Barre’s center city with events and programming.
DCP would like to thank UGI Utilities, PNC Bank and PPL Electric Utilities for being sponsors of the event!
