The Family Business Alliance presents "The Trust Shift: How Great Leaders Build High-Performing Teams" with Kaitlin Wolfert of Compass Point.

Strong teams are built on trust—and trust is shaped by how leaders show up. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore how emotional intelligence and psychological safety influence team communication, decision-making, and accountability. Through practical exercises and discussion, participants will gain tools to build stronger relationships, foster open dialogue, and create the conditions for high-performing teams.
