The City of Wilkes-Barre and its partners will host "Starship featuring Mickey Thomas" for a free outdoor summer concert on Public Square on the evening of Friday, August 16,
The concert starts at 6:00 PM, with "Starship featuring Mickey Thomas" taking the stage at 7:30 PM.
The concert will feature hits like “We Built This City,” “Jane,” “Sara,” “Nothing’s Going To Stop Us Now,” “Laying It On The Line,” and “Find Your Way Back.” The concert will also include selections from Jefferson Starship and Jefferson Airplane, as a nod to both bands’ beginnings.
Food vendors will be available on Public Square. Bring your own chairs and blankets.
