Bazaar of the Bizarre is a one of a kind event at the Historic F.M. Kirby Center in Downtown Wilkes-Barre. We are bringing together the style of horror, punk rock, oddities, and tattoo culture. Presented by
Josh Balz and Amy Frenchko. All ages welcome. The event is from 11 am to 5 pm.
