The Fine Arts Fiesta (FAF) is the oldest juried arts festival in PA – a beloved four-day free event in downtown Wilkes-Barre featuring back-to-back stage performances, juried visual arts exhibits, an artists market, craftspeople and strolling performers, and a delicious array of ethnic foods.
